1. Ticket is saved with a reference number.

2. Attachments are stored privately with the ticket.

3. WALS reviews category, priority, and screenshots.

4. Response goes to the email submitted on the ticket.

How fast will WALS TMS respond?

Billing and login issues are reviewed first. Most standard support tickets receive a first response within one business day.

What should I include with a screenshot?

Include the page you were on, the load or invoice number if available, and what you expected to happen.

Can I send billing questions here?

Yes. Select Billing as the category, or email billing@walstms.com when the request is strictly invoice or payment related.

Can drivers or dispatchers submit tickets?

Yes. Use the contact name and company name your team recognizes so we can route the request quickly.

What files can I upload?

Screenshots, PDFs, Word or Excel files, CSV files, and text files are accepted. Keep each file under 10 MB.

For urgent access or payment issues, submit the ticket here and email support@walstms.com with the ticket number.
